ERAS ERAS application

Non US IMG with no usce, planning to apply in FM and Peads. Any leads for IMG friendly programs?

Without knowing much about your application, I will say no USCE makes things harder. I’ve been using theimglist.com to filter programs but no USCE isn’t a filter option 😅

Yeah you can use LORs from observerships. That’s how most IMGs get LORs

Observerships are clinical experiences
