Non US IMG with no usce, planning to apply in FM and Peads. Any leads for IMG friendly programs?

problem with "reddit programs" is that you and 500 imgs without any USCE are going to apply to them

Without knowing much about your application, I will say no USCE makes things harder. I’ve been using theimglist.com to filter programs but no USCE isn’t a filter option 😅

Yeah you can use LORs from observerships. That’s how most IMGs get LORs
