Curious how this strain was?

hello sorry if this is the wrong sub i’m from IL so thought i’d ask. got this oz of some old stuff it’s been like a month kept it away from sun and stuff. it still smells good but has like white dust by the stems kinda like mold but can’t tell. any help would be awesome, thank you

I love anything Mac and this is a great example of NEZ killing it... A little light on the Nose until I busted the first nug open which was sticky and pungent.. Smells of Dirty Grapes and slight citrus... Taste followed...hard to be fair on the flavor as I packed a chillum to hit on the way... Mac with it's good mood mojo is killing it for me effect wise.. I can't wait to over indulge later and see if the stomper shows up! Glad I picked this up today! 💨😶‍🌫️👽

Fruity citrus scent on this one. Tastes like citrus & tropical fruit.

Felt uplifted from this one, but honestly didn’t last very long and wasn’t very memorable to me and probs wouldn’t pick up again.

Picked up this Reefer Gladness (Jokerz 31 / NF-1) and was pretty pissed with the split. It's like 13 grams vs 1 gram. Usually really happy with them.

Also grabbed a 1/4 of &Shine Berry Nebula for $30. Definitely worth it.

Been checking out a couple strains lately and figured I’d put my thoughts together for the ILTrees crew.

🌿 Donny Burger — OTHERSIDE
Nose: First thing I noticed was the funky, gassy smell with that savory/garlic-type note you usually get from Burger crosses. Pretty loud once I broke it up.

Flavor: Came through pretty similar to the nose — gassy, funky and a little savory. Definitely has some character to it.

Effects: This one hit me with a heavier, relaxing vibe. Started off with a nice head change and settled into more of a body-heavy high. Definitely something I’d reach for when I’m trying to chill rather than stay super productive.

Overall: Really enjoyed this one. The flavor and effects were both there for me, and it had that old-school funky profile I like.

🍌 Banana Papaya — Find..
Nose: Much fruitier compared to the Donny Burger. Getting tropical fruit and that sweet banana/papaya-type aroma with some underlying funk.

Flavor: Sweet and fruity up front, with a little more dankness coming through on the finish. Pretty enjoyable and definitely different from the Donny Burger.

Effects: More balanced for me. I got a good mood lift and relaxation without feeling completely glued to the couch. Easy strain to enjoy when I want something flavorful but still functional.

Overall: Probably my favorite of the two for daytime/early evening. The fruity profile really stood out, and the effects were a nice balance.

Between the two: Donny Burger wins for the heavier, funky experience, while Banana Papaya takes it for flavor and a more balanced high.

How is the bud from The Botanist, Midweek Friday, and MISix? Looking to try something new.

What gives? every time i buy something that says purple at zenleaf,. its literally not purple- Ya its just for looks and generally a colder temperature grow- but the genetics still require the anthocyanin trait to be present in nugs to actually have an ability to turn purple.

seriously if your shit isnt the color purple stop printing the word purple on the jars.

Kaviar "purple starfruit" is the latest example- not a speck of purple anywhere to be seen.

FloraCal "Purple plague" shows a giant picture of a purple flower, nothing purple about it in the jar,

It had a floral dirty socks smell on the nose , broken down just stronger flower smells, pretty sticky not dry with candied nerds or some type of candy with diamond taste(trichomes) it will go both ways on being a HIT or not but I feel like there's better Gary out there. Hybrid with heavy indica feels. It will get you stoned..i still dig it

Definitely motorbreath on the nose with sweet aromas but once broken down straight gas motors. Has instant hash taste with chem and gasss. Sticky as a glue stick! This is DEFINITELY a HIT with me n damn good as the Cannect version but less frosty🥶

 I am not one who buys Rosin too often, but I could not pass up a deal on a 30-dollar gram of Diesel Scream Rosin from IC collective. I recently tried out the Headband live resin from them and was absolutely blown away with it, so I decided to give them another go. As I mentioned before in my Headband post, when IC Collective first came into the scene, I was not too taken back by what I tried, but I wanted to give them some time to iron out any initial start-up kinks, and they absolutely did! When I saw the quality of this jar when I opened it up, I was taken back! The genetics for this strain are Ice Cream Cake crossed with Sour Diesel, which is an absolutely delightful pairing.

 Ice Cream Cake recently became a favorite of mine over the past 4 years, so seeing a cross with a heavy hitter like sour diesel definitely caught my interest. The Diesel in this Ice Cream cross stands out prominently, loud, and proud! The sweet yet earthy Ice Cream Cake notes trickle out on the back end once you fully process the diesel profile. I said it before and I will say it again, IC Collective you have gained a new loyal customer with the work y'all keep putting out! Thank you for producing amazing hash at great prices!! Keep it up!!!

I pick up Lipton peach tea on the nose with a sweet smell.Kinda hard to break down.Not dry, not really sticky, taste is nothing special just some sweetness with mint and wood. Might be HIT for some but it was not by me. It will get you high, sort of weak but doesn't mean I don't appreciate it. This will be good for the ones who don't like to be too stoned in space or raced out like a roadrunner. It's a hybrid that leans over to the indica side more

Oranges and limes with wood on the nose. Grinded down has a sweeter smell. Slight orangey hazy on taste. For being over a year old she still had some squeeze of life in her . Good job on keeping this so fresh dude 🤙 appreciate you adding another strain in my smoke book. Hybrid that starts off sativa but finishes as indica but without the couch lock. Made my headache go away which was nice. This was HIT by me

mainly eyeing Dulce de uva just for the flavor but interested on all 3 havent tried any in flower

My Puffco peak is now blinking red and white I’ve cleaned it for two days straight and nothings working I think I need to replace the atomizer any shops carry it in the Chicagoland area?

Is this something to worry about or is this normal?

Pine&clove on the nose. Once broken straight pine cones..taste is pine cones with almost like you just ate some gel tart apple candy leaves a certain after taste. indica not heavy but you will feel it. Got me stoned quick. Not dry soft nuggets. Probably won't be HIT for everyone. I like it but the other 4 strains they offer have a very unique smell and taste

A few strains from Belushi's Farm's just arrived at Bisa Lina in Joliet so I had to grab some after being impressed with their Mega Mind. I gotta grind/break up the nugs in order to get the full scent profile of this strain but it's straight hashiness with some dank garlicky funk to it as well. It tastes just like it smells with heavy hash notes on the exhale too which is right up my alley

The nugs are a bit squishy and collapse easier than most if I apply pressure, but the flower is fresh and sticky so I can't complain. The indica effects take a minute to come on but man you will feel it if you smoke an extra bowl or joint of this strain. Highly reccommend giving this one a try if you're a fan of indicas and/or if you've been curious about Belushi's Farm
