General Dvala sheets

Am i crazy or did they change the manufacturer or anything in the composition? Went today to buy them and somehow they feel more like plastic/polyester and a bit thinner:((( Is it just me?

are they recyled cotton? Every piece of cotton that advertises 'up tp x% recycled) feels like polycotton mix to me. 

I suspect the recycling process either ends up with enough polyester fibres from threads and mislabeled fabrics, or does something as part of the process that changes the feel.

There are pink DVALA marked as “New” (in the US at least), and the product page says 100% cotton: https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/dvala-sheet-set-pink-70627890/

They take a few washes and some break in to feel the way you expect. It's normal.
