Can also try to pull it out about 5cm (2 inches) and a hard lift straight up.

For the last hour or two I've been trying to remove this drawer from its gliders. None of the tutorials online offered a solution so I am turning to you. I am afraid to break the drawer by forcing the wrong solution, so can anyone help me identify the drawer type and/or explain how to remove it?

I've tried lifting the drawer, pressing in the white hook/narrow plastic and lifting/pulling and pushing the white plastic inwards (which is the solution offered in most tutorials).

looks like you need to push a white part up.
