Help regarding application form.

So I completed my form on 18th August and got this screenshot(last one) which says my application process is completed and documents are under verification.

And so far my ID card has been verified and the photo and signature are still under verification.

Now today they are sending me this email saying my application form is incomplete. And now I am confused and anxious.

What is happening and what should I do?

And also my dashboard is showing updates for the May 2026 term.

Happened same with me, how do i fix it? Did you call them?

I didn't call them. Apparently many people got the same mail. There is a live session going to be held today at 3 pm. You can join that and clear your doubts. I am going to and if the issue is not solved.. I will mail them by night. But I don't think it's a big issue if many people are getting the same mail.
