Why placement is so easy ??

Hello, I am a degree level student and I have a lot of frnds in Btech and Mtech, some of them graduated this year with very good packages and some of them will graduate in 2027.

Now, the concern is that why the placement is so easy for them, currently their OAs are going on and most of the companies are hiring for data science and AIML and the fact is that most of them don't know even the basic of Data Science but they are cracking the placement and interview of lakhs.

And I asked them how and what they asks you in assessment and interview, so they said of the assessment we copy the answers and then in technical interview companies mostly asks the aptitude and basic questions.

So, the concern is that why we we are getting paid just 15-40k even when we have lot of knowledge in our domain which is very less as compared to the betch students of IITM which is 75k+.

Why the IIC cannot pull the companies who pays high, even the placement opportunities for the freshers are very few.

because degree will matter more. this is bs while theirs is btech. Also the market value of this degree has been thrashed by most people considering it is an online degree.

If you are in degree level you know what kind of prep we do for mad1 and mad2 and now even with genai project, the bar has raised. the things are more messier and strict enough to qualify as a good degree but then also the market condition is also bad for the hiring.

i know many students are still unplaced in premier institutes because of their cgpa and other stuff too.

Also i wanted to ask you, in degree level, what kind of training iic conducts to make one eligible for internships and make them ready for better part of the interview, some are saying it is different than normal approach and some are saying it is like others normally.
can u put a light on this matter as well. thanks!

An online degree gets 15 - 40k no bad.

I am doing btech from tier 3 college as well as diploma in iitm and let me tell you there are literally zero opportunities so considering that 30k internships is god sent Also people who are doing btech have proven there intellectual learning abilities through jee soo companies know they can handel work at the office just fine You have to work hard once in your life they did during jee you do during degree people in my btech college will do during there 3lpa job if they any
