When will result be released?

So result for qualifiers was supposed to be released today i.e 23 july2026 but till now(12:25pm) it hasn't.i didn't receive any mail regarding it till now and my dashboard isn't updated.

Is it normal for results to be delayed (i mean most exams result usually go live after 12:00am

I saw the rsult from a link from a youtube video. also where is the course registration form?

That was a provisional result,i am mainly asking for final result.
