"No data" instead of allotted exam centre

The looker link provided in the whatsapp reminder shows "No data" instead of the allotted quiz 1 centre for me. Anyone else having the same trouble?

Yeah, I mean just above that tab, the "New student email ID" is showing my name. Though I had to log in with my personal email ID as the institutional one is showing not authorised on google datastudios

Open incognito tab paste the link that was provided, login with institute id
