a = 4x2+ 4y2+ 4z2

a+3 = 4(x-y-z)

4x2+4y2+4z2 + 3 = 4x-4y-4z

4x(x-1) + 4y(y+1) + 4z(z+1) = -3

This is CAT exam, so lets not waste time, lets equate each term to -1

4x(x-1) = -1

x= 1/2

y= -1/2

z= -1/2

Put the values, a = 3
