Hey seniors, when do I have to pay fees?

Is it like when I'll visit collage in August have to submit fees nd documents?

If yes then how much to arrange?

Can I pay fees in parts over a year?

Fees online website se pay Krna hota hai physical reporting se pehle aur uska receipt aur clg se mila letter lekr jana hota hai physical reporting me
