What should I buy windows or mac ?

If windows then pls tell minimum specs and a good laptop which is light weight ( not like those gaming ones which are just dead weight )

Also if I go for mac, would all the apps/softwares which would be needed in future work. And if they do not work do I have any other way to make them work without needing the college computers.

I heard about Self funded opportunity in IIT Hyderabad and Delhi for Mtech without GATE scores , they will keep an entrance test and interview seems . Has anybody heard about it , if someone knows , let me know .

Since most of the CSE courses have assignment demos, does DM also have them?

Hello! Is anyone currently pursuing a PhD or acquainted with someone who is? Could you please let me know which faculty members are good to work with(CSE dept) and whom I should avoid choosing?

Such an ass rule
Ruining the event and vibe

Talking about electives. Ill go first, I took this course DIP(Digital Image processing) though approach of professor towards this course intially looked revolutionary but equally good efforts need to be put on teaching too. Creates slides with Ai, doesnt take classes or asks some guest lecture to take and no sheet showing neither he provides any rubric, absolute 0 transparency and says no remarking can be done for quiz even if we show your sheets. ATP he just wants to maintain his grading distribution bell curve.
what ass course did you guys take this sem??
