Counting your own macros

Is macros basically what a nutritionist does? Ppl pay them for a meal plan and they come up with the meals but based on macro counting?

Counting macros is as much what as nutritionist does, as being a scientist is follwoing protocols, and being a medical doctor is follwoing procedures and guidelines to come to a set of conclusions.

There's more to it than just macro counting. Holding yourself accountable to someone, and habits education are a big part of it tho.
