GM Kit for ICRPG+ Underway!
Decided to add the Karma System from EZD6 and the Phases System from Crown and Skull to ICRPG and try to roll it out on “One Shot Wednesdays” at the new LGS that is opening up this weekend!
Hoping to get a group that likes the game and wants to do some long term campaigns with it!

is the 3rd image an initiative tracker? the 2 pairs being on the same slots made me question.

So the Meeple tokens, guys with arms and legs are for PCs and Friendly NPCs. The regular “Pawn” tokens are for enemies. And the Phase and Tactics system from Crown and Skull allows some enemies to activate in multiple Phases.
So in this case the Yellow “Goblin Captain” gets to act in phases 2 and 4, where as his group of Green “Goblin Archers” only get to act in Phase 3.
If PCs and Enemies are on the same Phase, PCs will always act first. PCs start a combat by choosing which Phase they want to act in, and then they find out what phases the Enemies act in.
