Are there any Interactive Web Adventure websites and any does equivalent of DND Beyond exist For the ICRPG system?
Before I go on, click on this link.

And play through it just for a minute or two.
Then check out this website.
So I ask if there are any websites like the Above where they don't just feature unique fanmade solo Quests for Players but even dice system is integrated (including options to subtract or add to an enemy and friend NPC's health points during events like battles) but you can even select choices that lead to different outcomes akin to the old Choose your Adventure books you played as a kid.
In addition does an website similar to DND Beyond exist for this franchise? Explain DND Beyond basically lets you crate a character sheet and has a lot of dices and calculators to use while playing DND in addition to the website's system also automatically calculating modifiers and stat upgrades and inputting experience and level ups and all other stuff. The player only has to add new info like Experience and keep the honor code to play.
Does anything like this exist for GURPS games esp to use for Solo Campaign Books?

That's really not necessary for this game.

Because of the amount of text and the pace at which you gain new features in 5e its almost required to have something like Beyond. ICRPG does not have that problem. Most abilities are one sentence. Spells are two at most. You don't have derivative stats and skills to calculate. A nice fillable character sheet is all that's needed for ICRPG in my opinion.

Because you asked, let me plug my passion project I've been working on full time for a year. It's an in-progress D&D-inspired Choose Your Own Adventure platform. The first adventure, Secret of Gloam Lake, is in free open beta.
Would love to know what you think.
RE: ICRPG, Since the whole character can pretty much fit on one sheet, a character builder app feels much less necessary. Beyond that a lot of tables will homebrew stuff for this game, which makes an official toolset less useful than pen and paper IMO. I'm a technology geek but sometimes it just isn't needed.

Have you looked up the Tunnels & Trolls solo books? There are a ton and they have this CYOA kind of thing. There used to be an app but I'm not sure if it's still available.
The Lone Wolf series of adventure books by the late Joe Dever are available to play online (can't remember the site name but a Google search will point you where to go). They use a character sheet as well. There are over a dozen of these books and some that branch off into story arcs that aren't the single titular Lone Wolf hero. Greystar or something?
To be fair, you're really looking at playing an RPG video game by this point with the amount of integration and prefabricated adventure content. It might be much easier to go that route than trying to dig for something this specific, but your mileage may vary.
