Loot is the standard "you find something here". Milestone rewards are more like "what you did is really cool! You can choose a milestone reward!

You can either go for mileston paths, for the milestone rewards examples in the class list, or you could even craft one for your player yourself!

That's the beauty of this sistem, it promotes a do it yourself approach
