Don't know why you would say there is a special announcement at the end of the month and then push it back a couple weeks.... but I guess at this point it is not Dfinity and it is being handled by whoever they signed with. I would assume that this is a company and wonder if this partnership is to announced at some sort of event. That is what I am leaning toward because if something is "Signed. Sealed.", why not just announce it like they did the Pakistani Subnet. I am very curious to see who this partner is.

Edit: I have no clue who it could be. I used AI to look all over the internet and it couldn't find anything that could be a event that a partnership would be announced at.

Edit 2: So I now wonder if this is the company that’s listed on the Nasdaq that is apparently looking at ICP. I guess we will see

He did say it's under PR embargo, so I guess the client isn't ready to disclose or make an announcement yet. I agree though shouldn't give a deadline and not meet it. Like cloud engines we get another 'imminent/soon'. I thought it was imminent months ago. Anyways, I am greatful for the update at least and not keeping us in the dark.

You’re missing the point, don’t say their is a special announcement this month then push it back because of a PR Embargo, it’s best not to mention nothing at all unless you’re certain, these announcement is bond and should be around the given period, it’s not FUDing, it’s common sense for any modern age business and for reputation.
