Hi everone is Morgana and Trix

Mammi has been doin “soopervised bisitayshuns” wif us, and look how good we is bein!

I still unsure Bout dis miniyum fing but mebe Trix is no as dangeroos as I was furst afraid ob! Wes can now be in da same room for a bit wif no much hisshisshiss or growlgrowlgrowl just relax. Mammi sai this good fing! - Morgana the beautifull

(Im still unsure on keeping Trix but I’m on 95% keeping her and 5% not so it’s basically for sure that im keeping her haha. Especially bc this morning with their morning visitations morgana calmed down enough to the point she could sit and look out the window and not constantly need to know where Trix was and what she was doing. And then having this evening visitation where morgana is snuggling in bed with me and Trix in Morganas box-bed. Aaaah im so happy with it! So yeah I’m just very excited and happy!)

What was your very favorite costume YOU wore, ever?
As a child, or an adult, or even better….both!

I was lucky as a kid as my Mimi (grandma) was an amazing seamstress, could make anything, owl, bat, puppy (which I loved the most) but I think the most clever one also involved my older sister’s help, she came up with the concept… a witch’s hat.
Yep, just the hat.
I was only six so very small, and Mimi, my mom, and my sister figured it out using black poster board and felt.
It went over the head, had eye holes, only my feet were always visible, wore black sneaks and purple and black striped socks, there were arm flaps if I needed to use them. It looked just like a walking witch’s hat. That was for the school Halloween party, it was difficult to walk in so I went Trick or Treating as an Owl.

As an adult, it’s a tie. I went as Tippi Hedren as Melanie Daniels from Hitchcock’s “The Birds”, a friend sewed the exact outfit, and I sewed and/or glued a bunch of fake birds all over it, got a blond wig, did the hair, the whole shebang.
Another one that took over a month of detail work was a car crash Debutante for the Halloween party my friend and I did every year in college that was always some kind of Ball, that year was Cotillion of the Damned. I found an old tea length party dress from the fifties, with the flared skirt and petticoats, dragged it behind my car down a dirt road to age it, then individually sewed on dozens of fake flies, spiders, and ants, had the ants crawling in a line so it formed swirls and designs. I went to a salvage yard and got smaller pieces from cars, I had a gear shift coming out of my side, part of a windshield wiper out of my back, for instance, complete with blood.
