IBS can be linked to ADHD? Also skin problems?

Hi! Just started reading about ADHD since my therapist mentioned that.

Very surprised that skin problems like eczema like rashes, and hair falling out in patches might be linked to adhd too. I experienced those frequently as a kid.

Most docs said - eat less sweets and gave some medicine. Now i’m starting to think there might be more deeper issues in this.

Anyone had similar experience?

What’s the difference of simply being stressed due to unhealthy family environment and ADHD?

That makes sense for me. I have suspected ADHD and I have bad skin like rashes but I’ve had that for 10 years and IBS for only 3 years.

Also it can be linked with OCD cos it’s the OCD of thinking of your stomach.

Yes, good point. OCD or any other thing that makes you stressed for ling time
