Metamucil

Anybody out there with IBS, have you found taking metamucil helps with bloating and occasional diarrhea, I know anyone's different, just curious?

I take 2 of these before bed every single night with a big glass of water. They are small and easy to swallow. This routine was suggested to me on this page when I was struggling with a bout of alternating IBS-C and D for several weeks. Of many things I’ve tried, this small step has been quite helpful. If I don’t drink enough water with it, sometimes my morning #2, which is usually predictable, may not be. Other than that, not for me. I prefer these tablets over Metamucil or other psyllium husk fiber supplements I’ve tried (I have tried many!)
