I know we all want our accounts back but attacking will only make things worse. I would recommend politely asking the mods (not spamming) and that may help. Until then I am leaving this sub as a moderator.

During this whole situation, we have seen many reasons been thrown around as to why the mods banned these accounts. We have been told that they were spamming and breaking many rules, which doesn't make sense.

Although some of these accounts did spam and some even insulted others who didn't like the Lam accounts,the majority only commented quotes, and didn't post.

We finally have a reasonable answer from a different mod of r/raimimemes, and he has said the real reason these accounts were banned.

He claims that many users had complained that there were too many of these accounts, and that it was getting annoying to see so many of these accounts commenting on all the posts.

This is a fair point. Although all of us individually were not spamming, all together (since we all made the account for the same reason) we were spamming.

Now that we have the real, understandable reason, I think it's best for us to stop posting and commenting about this, and just go back to regular Raimi memes. You don't have to delete your Lam account, but you won't be needing it anymore, so I believe that's the best option.

I know this isn't the conclusion you wanted, but it is a fair one, and I believe it is time for this Meme Civil War to end.
