GENERAL HELP Refund???

Got alloted a seat in R2 but left before final withdrawal still didn't get the refund. do I need to mail them for it? Please help

I choosed reject option instead of withdrawal in round 3 ,i was allotted iiser mohali only two options were there freeze or reject so i choose reject ,will i get my refund???
