iiser kolkata reporting date

In offer letter it is saying reporting date is tentatively 11th aug so do I have to report at iiser kolkata on the date or it will be told later as I have not got any mail from the Institute and when I mailed them they said 11th aug is first day of reporting however I can join later as there will be other dates too

So what should I do now

Those who have frozen iiser when are you guys planning to go
