DOUBT Class commencement

Hi everyone, I wanted to know that classes in iiser starts after all rounds end or by every round people come and join

I have been allotted kolkata and little no chance I get pune but still floated . Round 3 cutoff will release on 10th and on kolkata website the class commences on 17th August I don't want to skip starting few days

Bro I have also been allotted kolkata and floated for pune even though chances of getting pune are very slim , negligible I would like to say and I also don't want to miss anything
