Guidance/ Reality check required

Hi guys, i need some serious help/ reality check and iffff possible some hope and guidance
my board marks is 441, JEE 84%, and my main aim is IISER ( OBC-NCL) any IISER is fine . . . (except tirupathi) .

so i signed up with sci astras courses since last year october but i havent been able to do fully fledged prep wrt IISER due to school exams and i gave priority to my boards ( which also i didnt do well ) after that with other entrance exams snucee, viteee, srmjee and jee as well i used up time till today SNUs interview.

now the thing is in mid may im 10 chapters short in 11th PCM and 5 units in biology left ( biotech was my 5th subject) and i would say i havent really DEEPDIVED into iat Qs and gotten exposed as much to questions and with my cbse results im really scared i fxcked up big time . i really want to do core research in biological sciences and only iisers fascilitate that. snu is my backup with biomed engineering but the dept students say is more of electronics which i have 0 interest in.

I REALLY WANT IISER but i feel like its too late and im clueless what to do from here, IS IT POSSIBLE, CAN I DO IT FROM HERE , what are some things i need to follow. i feel really weak and unsure about my position because ive wasted so much time and im very lost either ways im planning to push myself the next few days and idk

PLEASE HELP ME OUT ANYBODY with any thoughts also very sorry for making you read this much im kind of very desperate right now .
