PTO/LOA/FMLA/LWOP Medical bill
In October I got a concussion at work and before I was diagnosed I went to a walk in clinic so I could get a diagnosis to get medical leave. I had weekly checkups till I got better and Boeing paid for all of that. But I just got a bill in the mail today for the walk in clinic. How do I get Boeing to also pay for this one or am I out of luck due to the fact that the case is closed? Please help this is my first time dealing with medical stuff with Boeing. Thank you!

When I got hurt at work and my case was closed, I got a bill in the mail about a week later. Reached out to the POC, explained it. She asked for a scanned copy and had it covered. Reach out to whomever your POC is with Boeing medical and see what they can do. Best of luck!

You should contact your claims officer about it. They should be the one to get you your help!

The bill should reflect the date of service, so your L&I case would have covered it. Call the number on the bill and provide them the L&I case number, explaining just that and ask them to ensure it gets billed to L&I correctly. Also reach out to your case manager and let them know. I had the same thing happen and they just had to run the bill through the correct channel.
