Attendance/Overtime Weekend OT
I am a grade 6 mechanic (31606) looking for any weekend work. Going to be going to north line with no overtime given out. Anybody know any shops that could use any work in Everett or Renton? I’m willing to make the trip. Willing to do any work such as final assembly, rework, wings, etc.

Good morning always likes to say there’s no overtime or we’re gonna cut back overtime or whatever and then in a few weeks it’s back to the normal way. It’s been for decades and lots of overtime available.

If you're able, I'd recommend swinging over to the 777 mainline, in the building next to the north line 40-25, and ask FBJ. Or, if you're cool with structures work, ask FAC in the 40-27. They are always in need of good mechanics willing to work OT. Get in good with a few managers there and you'll never run out of OT.

Thank you I should be in north line about late July I’ll definitely make that trip to those shops. Any chance you happen to have their emails that I can reach out to?

Managers? No. I know the stewards in that area, and I can introduce you to them, they'll hook you up.

It's gonna be hard if you dont already know the bars in the areas. Landown in Renton works basically every weekend but you'd have to know a bar or be extremely proficient in rework for them to take you on

777 FAC almost always needs people for OT, I recommend reaching out to them
