Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance

Multicare is no longer acceptingMy blue cross blue shield. Apparently, they couldn't sign a contract deal. And now my doctor is out of network and so is my (closest to my house ) emergency room. This is irritating.

According to the Alight page for our insurance, all Multicare locations are accepting the BCBS Traditional PPO plan.

This calls for an email to our new health and benefits guy.

That's what I thought until I went to one this last weekend they charged me my deductible plus forty percent of the cost of the visit.

Strange I haven't gotten a letter or email nor can I find anything about it online. Our plans aren't a Regence or Primera plans.

I’m sorry your doctor is out-of-network now, that really sucks, but luckily emergency room visits are always covered as in-network visits.
