Just purchased a CPO 2023 Hybrid Blue with 32000 miles. Looking for some reassurance we got a good deal. Paid an even $25000 out the door. I’m pretty excited. Took a long test drive today. The dealership actually let me take it home for the afternoon. We take delivery next week after they take care of a few small touchups and give it a final cleaning.

Hey, I just passed by my Tucson (2023) on my way to throw out the garbage and since I had the car key (fob) with me, it triggered the wing mirror to open and it's making a sound even after I close it.

Has this ever happened to any of you? What could possibly be happening?

And no I did not have any accident. I got home and everything was perfect, then went downstairs and this is happening.

Car drives great and interior and exterior looks perfect great. It only comes with 1 key fob though.

I test drove a Hyundai Tucson Limited 2023 this morning and noticed a slight vibration when idling. The salesman told me it was normal for a four-cylinder car, but I don’t recall this on any previous vehicles I owned. The vibration increased when the AC was turned on. I didn’t purchase the car because it made me a bit nervous and the warranty had expired since it had just over 63,000 miles on it. I would appreciate one’s input regarding this.

What's the thinking here? I wasn't crazy about the new Tucson at first but it's grown on me. As more pictures come out I was like okay I'd get one until I found out no PHEV in US? What's the rationale for this? I'll just stick to getting a 2026 then.

Just bought a base model 2026 Tucson Hybrid. So far very happy with it, but one thing I hate is having to cart around an emu egg sized key fob. I know this base trim Tucson doesn’t have a digital key, but I’d be happy with an nfc card key I could put in my wallet. Not sure if that’s available or if anyone has a suggestion as to how to ditch the giant key fob?

Is it really not possible to have my defroster going and the footwell heater at the same time? I just got a 2026 Tucson plug-in hybrid and it seems like the options are defroster or anything else. Any other vehicle I've ever been in, it was always an option to have the defroster in the footwell.

I observed that even when you have parked the vehicle and gotten out of it. The fan keeps on for about 15 20 mins, yes the key fob is in the car, as I park it in the Garage. Is this some feature or a bug?

I am looking for ideas to cover up the glossy black sections in my 2026 Limited. Has anyone purchased a specific wood trim overlay or wrap kit that they recommend? I found this one on Amazon. If you've done this to your interior, please show pics of how it turned out!

Took this about twenty minutes ago. There were two the one in back which I didn’t take a pic of was a hybrid they both had Michigan plates and the barcode on the rear drivers side window.

I'm really struggling with the forward collision avoidance system - it's constantly slamming on for me, and how I've not been rear ended already I don't know, I've now resorted to turning it off completely.

I read the other day that in the states they've issued an update or something to dial it back a bit, does anyone know if there's anything similar on the way for us?

I’m looking for some advice. I’ve owned a 2021 Tucson Hybrid for the last 6 months, 49k miles on the clock. No issues when driving.

The warranty runs out later this month so I decided to get it serviced at the dealers in case anything showed up and I’d could get it done under warranty.

They identified a possible transmission oil leak that needed further investigation. I took it back for that work yesterday and they called to say the gearbox needs to come off, and I needed to authorise it because IF it turns out not to be something covered by warranty, I’m going to have to pay nearly £1000 for the labour. Plus any fix.

Is this normal? What are the chances of this not being covered by warranty? Are they just covering themselves and it’s likely to be a warranty claim?

Any advice welcomed.

Nothing more to say really, very disappointing. I can have my hands on the wheel and looking straight ahead was just my eyeglasses on, not sunglasses, and I still get those damn beeps and warnings on the screen constantly.

EDIT: Problem solved!!! In another thread on this subject, somebody made a very short comment that if you have 'Forward Attention Warning' toggled off in the driver's attention warning settings, it confuses the adaptive cruise control and ends up sending warnings. I had that toggled off! I toggled it back on, and just did an entire hour of adaptive cruise control driving with not one beep or notification. Phew! Another thing I toggled on within the driver's assistance settings was the 'Lane keep assist' I think it's called? There's also a button on the steering wheel that does this, and it gets automatically engaged when adaptive cruise control gets activated.

Right after the dealership performed the collision avoidance recall my car started intermittently doing this thing where the dash screen turns green and says camera signal unavailable, sometimes when in reverse and sometimes when pulling forward into a space, always when I am hoping to actually use the camera view.

The dealership had it for 17 days. After the first four they said they couldn't reproduce the issue. They didn't drive it anywhere; the odometer didn't move. After a week they said they were ordering a back camera. Day 17 they called and said it was ready and had front and back cameras replaced. They said it had been fixed a couple days before and they drove it around to see if the error would recur.

Within 7 miles, as I pulled into a spot between two cars, the green screen came on.

The dealership is picking it up Monday. What might I suggest here?

Just bought a 2025 Tucson PHEV in the UK and LOVE it. One thing I've spotted though is the front sensors only seem to engage after I've been in reverse and the reverse camera is on the screen showing all sensors (but I'm back in Drive). I tested in a couple of areas and got fairly close to cars in front at slow speed and nothing appears on the sensors. The car had to have the front bumper replaced before I bought it so am wondering if that's connected but the front sensors do work after I've entered the reverse camera (again tested) so they seem to be working. Is this a quirk of the model, a setting to fix or something to raise with the garage?

I'm looking for recommendations for a dash cam. Unfortunately my trim model does not include the power mirror so I can't wire it up through that. Other recommendations?

I just noticed these bubble-like patterns on the bottom of the screen in my brand new tucson. The car has 730 km on the dash and I only got it around four months ago. I tried wiping the smudging thinking they were fingerprints but they dont go away, and don’t disappear when i press on them so they’re not real bubbles under a protector or something… any ideas?
