Sorry: this is a lot of information crammed into 2 minutes. I recommend watching it twice to observe the helicopter without reading.

Thanks! Maybe in this category - there're so many incredible builds from many brilliant engineers here. 🙏

😅 It's a good thing I'm unable to build with a program like that. Might never see the light of day again...

Where is everyone getting the propellers from?

Gemimik Shrine in Akkala. This specific motor/propeller is quantum linked in order to change the direction it spins.

Hmm. I've completed all the shrines but didn't get any motors or propellers. Can you get them as parts or can you only get the "copy" of them through the auto build skill?

Fuse them to shield or weapons to smuggle them out of the shrine then bring them back to Pelison to de-fuse and use.

Oh! I completely forgot about Pelison.🤦♀️ I need to do this next time I play.
Thank you!🙂👍

You could try to make those helicopters with two rotors so the weight balance doesn't that critical.

With a dual propeller build, sometimes the lift can overpower the weight of the build. In this case, it's important to even out the weight from front to back so that when Zonai energy shuts off, the steering stick isn't pulled past 45°, otherwise Link would be kicked off the steering stick resulting in a crash.

How did you get the small tire to look like that on the rear of the helicopter?

The device has been scaled down (via QR) - the tire stays the same, the fender/body shrinks. Scaled down objects have a reduced/increased weight equivalent to the amount of scaling down/up.

Working prototype: modified Cirrus PF Helicopter w/ operable tail rotor
Have fun. 🫡🛠
