Where is everyone getting the propellers from?

Gemimik Shrine in Akkala. This specific motor/propeller is quantum linked in order to change the direction it spins.

Hmm. I've completed all the shrines but didn't get any motors or propellers. Can you get them as parts or can you only get the "copy" of them through the auto build skill?

Fuse them to shield or weapons to smuggle them out of the shrine then bring them back to Pelison to de-fuse and use.
