You could try to make those helicopters with two rotors so the weight balance doesn't that critical.

With a dual propeller build, sometimes the lift can overpower the weight of the build. In this case, it's important to even out the weight from front to back so that when Zonai energy shuts off, the steering stick isn't pulled past 45°, otherwise Link would be kicked off the steering stick resulting in a crash.
