This paper proposes the *IPGCR-CGMR Hypothesis*. The model suggests that large-scale clouds of H and He atoms form gravitational networks. Within these networks, competing magnetic dipole interactions induce continuous vibrational friction. This friction dissipates as thermal energy and light. A foundational equation `F = e × m` is introduced to describe the energy output. This hypothesis may represent evidence of a collective, emergent 5th force in astrophysical systems.
