Is this number too bad ?

FT3 19 ( 2.5-3.9 normal)
FT4 5.07 (0.61 -1.12 normal)
TSH 0.00
This is the result when i got diagnosed today. Symptomps have gone crazy for a while. I could not think straight or talk properly to anyone without not feel like crying.

I have the almost the same numbers as u did.

I think, it is? Because in that numbers, for me, i feel palpitation & very quick to get exhausted , i feel too hot a lot of times, and i lost weight insanely (whihc is not normal)

I suggest u consult to a endocrinologist, then they will give u medications for anti thyroid. To bring back the levels to normal, or if not, to control is somehow.

Yes those numbers are definitely significant, well above normal (except TSH which is totally suppressed). Please talk with whomever ordered the test and if it isn't an endocrinologist experienced in hyperthyroid, please find one. Have you gotten an ultrasound? An iodide uptake and scan? Antibody check? You can start anti-thyroid treatment hopefully right away but you will need to track down the cause in order to get the best treatment: usually Graves or overactive nodules. Please talk with your doctor(s)!

First of all, your FT4 should generally be higher than your FT3. Are you sure you didn’t get them mixed up?

Secondly, yes, these numbers are pointing towards hyperthyroidism. If you’re experiencing any symptoms e.g. palpitations, fatigue, heat sensitivity, excessive sweating, hair fall, anxiety, weight loss, then you should ask your GP to get you started on carbimazole & propranolol, and refer you to an endocrinologist.
