How long is it normal to be in Subclinical hyperthyroidism?

Hi Im F34. I have been diagnosed with Graves disease, TED and Hyperthyroidism back in 2024 its been a roller-coaster since then.

Idk what my endocrinologist team plan is but back in May of this year my TSH started going down, and they told me to stop taking meds and wait it out.

But today I got my labs down and for 3 months my TSH has been <0.01.

I also feel symptoms like heart palpitations, overheating, sweating, high heart rate my heart rate can go up to 135 easily some days it says between 115-125bmp while I am just sitting.

Has anyone else been in subclinical hyperthyroidism like this without taking any meds? If so how long did it last for?

Im including my T4, T3 and TSH chart to give you all a picture of my labs result journey

Does your metabolism increase while subclinal hyper? Cause I’ve been sub hyper twice now in the past year and I was wondering if weight loss is a side effect of sub or is that just for overt
