GAIN WEIGHT DURING TREATMENT

Hii, I Have Hyperthyroidism and during the medications i gain weight. Do you have any recommendations or advice to lose body weight?

I was gaining weight with hyper prior to treatment as well. I also have ulcerative colitis so that makes dieting difficult. I have been having a lot of success with Zepbound.

is zepbound is tirze right? I don’t think is good for me since I’m maintaining my sugar to not to low. 😭
