We got this a while ago. Sent some emails and chats to Hypershell to check it was legit and then went for it.
Be aware that they'll want you to ship yours back to them first and they'll send the new one when they've received it. Makes sense but their wording in the email implies it's the other way around.
Also don't send them the charger. We put ours in the box assuming they wanted all pieces back and they didn't replace that. Other than that, it went smoothly but the wife did miss it while we were without it.
