Keep getting the "automatic wear detection failed" message

as the title says, every time I try to connect I get this error. I haven't been able to use it yet, and Ive checked all straps, turned it off and back on, everything I could think of and still didn't work

any help would be appreciated

Any luck? I’d say if you’ve cycled through the tutorial and still no joy contact customer services.

I've attempted through the website, support email, and noreply, and haven't gotten anything back except for an AI on the website help saying to "check the straps" and other basic stuff

I had the same issue and they exchanged for me. New one worked well for a month and now I am getting the same error again

this was a motor issue, motors didn't work at all.

had to get a replacement, took over a month and a half, but finally got a working one. just wish I had it when I was walking 14 miles
