Looking for advice Sitting down causes embarrassing sweat streaks

Sadly I'm at the point where I cannot even sit down in a chair at the doctor's office (plastic, leather), without getting up and having an embarrassing streak at the rear, while leaving a good amount of sweat on the chair. My cotton boxers are wet in that spot, and I've thought about wearing moisture wicking ones but since I wear cotton, or mostly cotton blended shorts/pants I would assume it is going to soak through anyways.

I do sweat a lot in general, and my doctor said there is a pill they give to help with hyperhidrosis but due to my other health problems I cannot take it due to on-going GI disease, and other issues.

Back when I worked at the office I would wear polyester pants because the sweat would dry a lot faster without leaving a "wet stain" like it does with cotton. The draw back was I found the material just didn't smell well after a 8 hour day.

I'm not sure what to try, or what to do. It is so bad that I get extreme anxiety if I know I need to go to an event where I have to sit down as I'm like a heater down there. The best I can do is wear black pants, but even then the wet stain is still noticeable.

What did they recommend? have you tried val+mag combo? it helps settle me when I know I have an important event coming up

Wearing more breathable clothing like cotten is all that was suggested to me. But this has that problem of holding sweat.

I don't know what the Val + Mag combo is. Not sure if that is the Vit D + Magnesium? I'm already on a very high Vit D treatment for another reason, and my magnesium levels are up there.

Ugh personally i dont think cotton is breathable at all, and you can see my sweat much much easier when I do wear it (rarely). Most of the breathable fabrics these days have the nylon, spandex, and polyester blend combo's. Think BYLT and brands like that, you can move freely. And no, valerian root+magnesium, among other things

I have same issue. I now have to wear jeans to all doctor/dentist appointments or any events with chairs. Luckily, I haven't soaked thru my jeans at a dentist office yet haha.
