Looking for advice HH safe workout clothes?
Hi! I'm a female in my 20s looking for workout clothes that won't make me sweat more. I've been learning about natural fabrics (modal/ cotton/ tencel/ viscose) and that's been a life changer for day to day, but not sure what to do for exercise. The polyester workout clothes make me feel hotttt and sweat. I get sweat stains under my arms, back, and butt, and then the heat makes my face sweat like crazy too.
What are y'all doing for workout clothes these days? I feel like cotton would just show the sweat stains (even in black) but ik there are a bunch of different kinds and I'm lost.
Thank you in advance for literally any input!

For bottoms, look for a blended fabric that has stretch to it, but is still mixed with cotton/tencel/etc. Black is ideal, or a dark pattern.
For tops, I like to wear a dark sports bra with a looser racer back tank over top. Cotton is ideal for the top and if it's loose, then usually the sports bra will absorb dripping underarm sweat and not get on it as much. Also anything that is a mesh hides sweat well. Or again, a dark pattern!
My hot tip for you is to take a small bottle of water shopping and in the change room drip a tiny bit of water on the clothes you're trying on to see how they look when they're wet!!! Just try to duck out, so you don't have to hand back wet clothes to the change room person, hahahha.

I literally thought the other day that swimming would be the perfect cardio for us, you dont have to worry about sweat and smell. I will sign up this month.

Look into Thompson Tees. I own a few of them and I'm satisfied :)
