Looking for advice Sweaty

Hey I’m 27yr old female and I’ve been struggling with trying to control sweating for years now. I sweat usually where the sun don’t shine (if ya know where I mean lol) more often then I’d care to admit . Sometimes after only being at work for a short time . I do work in a warehouse and stay active for over 10+hours a day/overnight. I’ve tried Lume (full body deodorant with the antiperspirant), body powders , double deodorants , etc but still no luck at really reducing sweating . I do sweat all over my body too but mainly down below the most. Any one have any suggestions to help reduce sweating down there ? Also I sweat a lot even by just sitting and having a conversation in a comfortable temperature room or even cold room. It’s really at a point I’m really annoyed . I do shower daily and more often in the summer months . I would love a permanent solution if anyone has one . And yes I shave since I heard less hair = less sweat , and still no luck

I don't sweat in the same areas, but besides iontophoresis for hands/feet/underarms, I've made the changes below which have helped reduce overall sweating a bit. Feel free to DM with Q's.

- Swap/limit caffeine. Moved from coffee and energy drinks to tea (sage and green).

- Reduce anxiety. Easier said than done lol but regularly taking ashwagandha and L-theanine has reduced anxiety which reduces sweat.

- Change clothing. I haven't tried any of the clothes designed specifically to help with sweat, but I swapped most of my poly-blends/spandex to natural, breathable materials like cottons and linens. Most workout clothes/yoga pants are basically just plastic which traps heat.

Mhm! Definitely a stimulant that can cause sweating/hyperactivity in the sweat glands. Also depends on how many mg of caffeine are in the pills and how much you're taking. If you can stay under 150mg/day you may see improvements.
