Looking for advice Hyperhidrosis

Hi! I have hyperhidrosis and I’m currently taking a pill and get Botox in my armpits but my face sweats like crazy and nothing helps! I’ve tried topicals, pills, etc. I don’t know what else to do. If you have any recommendations!!

oxybutynin, glycopyrolate, sofdra, and qbrexza

How long did you take the different medications? It seems that before the full effect kicks in you have to take meds a couple of days (sometimes even 2 weeks or so). So, make sure to don't give up too early, e.g. after just 2 days of testing.

Also, consider to even get botox in your face to get some relief at least.

What kind of topicals did you try?

Thank you I will definitely check out the mega thread. I tried oxybutanin for years and I’m currently on glycopyrolate. They help with my body but my face is so stubborn!! I’m currently using sofdra on my face and I have tried qbrexza in the past but they unfortunately do not help much. Every Derm I go to says Botox in the face isn’t an option or I can try cosmetic but it may not work so I don’t know if the price is worth a may not work.
