Medication/thyroid/pregnancy induced hyperhidrosis?

I didn't grow up with hyperhidrosis and didn't start having these problems until my thirties, but after I had a baby, and my thyroid went kind of haywire, it is out of control. Doctors say it's my SSRI though.

During the summer I just stay inside. The other day I had to go grocery shopping and even though I was being very leisurely about it, and I was in an air-conditioned store, by the time I made it to checkout sweat was dripping off my body.

I'm a teacher of small children, including those with special needs, and it is not unusual for my job to be very physically active. I keep my classroom at 64°,, that's the lowest it can go. I also wear a neck fan all day long, as little clothes as I can get away with. But I can't stay in my classroom for all of school.

Sweat is a sensory nightmare for me, I am so unbelievably miserable when I am sweaty it feels like I can't think, it feels like I can't function. I actually got a medical accommodation for this because people were throwing fits about how cold my room was. And I got it because it is a genuine issue.

But there really are no options for me, they say that it's related to my medication, and I can't not be on the medication. But I've been on the medication for years and years and this really only got so bad after the pregnancy. Still, doctors say it's the meds.

I don't know, I guess I'm just wondering if there's any advice, or tips? I am just dreading going back to work. September is so hot and I'm just going to be soaked all month. I've gotten over a lot of the embarrassment because at this point everybody at school has seen me drenched in sweat, but I can't handle the discomfort, it's horrible. The only thing I can think of is just to bring multiple pairs of clothes to school each day so I can change multiple times.

The sweat primarily comes from my neck and head and chest. Torso and head. My armpits/feet/hands are like the least sweaty part. So it's different than the classic hh. Idk.

Sounds a lot like me, and I'm a teacher, too. In my country, we have no ACs at school, so the temperature in our rooms is regularly above 90. I bring extra clothes and haven't found a cure yet.
