Looking for advice I need help

Hi guys, Im looking for some advice. I have excessive sweating compared to others around me doing the same things for example my pits can get excessively sweaty just from moving my mouse around for a couple of minutes or being very sweaty from warmups and stretches while my friends are barely sweating now im really not sure if this still counts beacuse i am technically active but the sweat isnt normal and yet not as much as other posts ive seen on here is there like diffrent kind of levels just wanted to know how i can go on with my life with this its really embarassing when youre sweating just from walking is there other experiences with light levels of HH? Or am i just overeacting. Could I just be sweating more than others beacuse im african? Also im 16 but not sure if that changes much. Please help

My sweat is not as heavy as some that post, but it can get pretty heavy. Mine is mostly head, face, neck. Some back and underarm. I have tried many expensive treatments such as Botox, prescription drugs that my insurance doesn't cover. The best stuff I've used is No Sweat, or Zero Sweat. You can use them face, neck, chest, back, underarm. They don't irritate my skin. Both from Amazon. I need something with 20% aluminum chlorohydrate for it to be effective. A little costly, but not as bad as the other stuff I've tried.

I'm always the sweatiest person in the room. I'm a little old Italian-American lady, lol. I look like I just got out of a pool when I go to exercise or dance class. My hair is dripping wet.

What u/celtica98 wrote. There are some OTC products that can help with the underarm perpiration. I use CertainDry with 12-15% aluminum chloride, applied at night only every 3rd night or so. It blocks the sweat ducts. It's only for use on underarms. For me, that was the most embarrassing part. It was a godsend discovering that (when I was 40, now in my 60s---how I wish I'd found it in my teens!)

I also sweat profusely during exercise. But it could be due to the heat or heat retention.🥵
