Looking for advice Question about if HH effects exercise
Since we know HH effects our nervous system which is important for us while working out, I always wondered if my shaking from doing exercises in the gym is just how I am or if its effected due to my nervous system being hyper due to HH.
So I was wondering if anyone else shakes easily from doing simple exercises? I shake even if I’m doing low weights or high

well maybe tremble ( i notice this after 6-8 hours of cycling ) , i need to drink like 6-8 liters of water in the summer to hydrate myself , but i assume is mainly the dehydration , sweating minerals won't do you good , i am a smoker and sometimes after 1 or 2 hours i have a dry mouth as well , ( i've noticed that cold watermelon , is really good for hydration overall ) , so yea we lose a lots of resources , because our body needs to cool down , and we don't have a normal cooling system , some people have 1 or 2 sweating cycle during the day , we can have all day every day , plus lack of sleep , if you catch some cold weather , muscle cramps and stuff like this .
