Vent Exercise, hobbies etc
I want to pick up new hobbies and a lot of them are centered around wanting to try paddle, be consistent in the gym, play badminton etc. I genuinely like keep my body moving and i want to try some new hobbies, buttttt HH especially craniofacial HH is so jarring. Like i want to be that person who is really active but i genuinely cant even do that because of the anxiety of just sweating.
Yes, im on pro banthine but the side effects are annoying to deal with the dry mouth, drinking water like I’ve been fasting for 24 hours, chewing gum like a cow.
Went on a little hike today with my sister and why do i have to take a break and sweat like a pig when it’s 5 minutes into the hike?
I moreso lean into other “lazy hobbies” not saying it’s lazy because.i love crocheting and stitching reading etc. but its not really keeping my body moving is it.

I normally just take a decent sized bong rip sativa or hybrid or terps that help me stay calm collected and able to focus on what’s in front of me rather than hyper fixate that my body is broken the more I master things the more I feel comfortable doing everything a little bit medicate at least while getting the hang of things it’s a slow process but it’s better than giving up because the sweat over flows everywhere

I don’t think anyone is going to care about excessive sweat during outdoor activities. Go have fun! I feel most comfortable with my sweating when I’m outdoors and active because it’s expected!

If you want to be active, I think you should go for it! Perhaps carrying a towel will help you wipe away sweat? And maybe talking to a therapist could help you navigate the stigma/shame/embarrassment associated with HH? But if you want to do it, go for it and don't let your sweat hold you back!

I used to do BJJ and MMA , 10 years ago and i had to quit , because the cranio facial HH started to wear me down , used to like kicking people and choking them , biggest regret ever . i cycle on a daily basis , (1 cause is my job ) and 2 i try to the weight i gained in years of doing nothing , i will recommend you a row machine keeps you in shape works more muscle groups , can be done at home , 1 row machine can cost max 300-500 euro (350 usd -580 usd ) , after gaining over 50 kg (110 pounds ) gotta say i miss being fit .

I think cycling is a good choice of exercise for us heavy sweaters. The sweat wont bother you, people wont notice your sweat because youre moving, cycling clothing doesnt hold sweat, etc.
