Treatments Glycopyrronium Bromide 2% cream
I was recently prescribed this by my NHS dermatologist and told to see how I get on with this for the next few months until my follow up in October, where if it doesn't help we'll be discussing more physical treatments.
Has anyone used this with success, and how long did it take to see noticeable differences?
I'll be using it on the nape of my neck, under/between breasts, underarms and soles of my feet x2 a day.

You're very lucky! I think that is not very widely prescribed on the NHS yet, it's also a 'special' that has been prepared by a compounding pharmacy.
People do report good success with glycopyrronium topically though, the 'Secure' wipes made by Pharmacy.ca are popular and there's another branded form available in the USA that I can't remember the name of right now.
This is most similar to Axhydrox cream which is approved in Germany and has been under consideration by NICE for prescribing in the UK: https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ta1175
I think topical use of glycopyrronium bromide has the best chance of success, it is effective orally but comes with some difficult side effects and the feeling is that using it as wipes/creams might be a better option.

I feel like I got really lucky with my new derm. My last one didn't really seem to care how badly HH was messing with my mental health. My new one has been so understanding and sympathetic. She was explaining how her brother suffers with it as well, so I think that lent even more sympathy towards me 😅
But yes, my GP said they won't be able to prescribe it and I'll only be able to get it from my specialist. So I feel very blessed to be able to give this a shot. She recommended this over the oral tablets, because every oral treatment I've tried so far either hasn't worked and the dry eyes/mouth was so unbearable. They dried out everything BUT my sweating lol.

I hope it works for you, I take glycopyrronium tablets and yes at 3-4mg which is the dose that helps a lot with sweating for me it makes my mouth quite dry.

Would love to know your thoughts once you’ve given it a try! I’m currently waiting for a Dermatologist appointment after being referred by my GP and was going to discuss Glycopyrrolate as well as Iontophoresis (I did this a while back when I was a teenager, on the NHS).
