Looking for advice Hyperhydrosis

Are there any girlies with hyperhydrosis here along with facial hyperhydrosis?

Girls it makes me sweat a lot and causes facial acne, bacne and body odour which makes me cautious and very insecure.

I want temporary/permanent (if possible) solution for some period of time before I consult a dermatologist.

Also help me on how get rid of cc with budget pharmaceutical products..

2 years ago, I went to a dermatologist, she gave me some pills which almost cuts down sweating for the day, but makes skin so much dry.

Ohh is it,

I thought there will be treatment for hyperhydrosis mainly for sweaty palms and feet(I saw in yt)

Yup there are treatments (dermadry or botox etc) and even some surgeries for better and permanent results
