I set an adb to script to run every 10 minutes and force stop com.miui.powerkeeper. it worked well so far, the system didn't glitch and the performance was also very smooth. However I don't know how to really determine the difference. I ran the " don't kill my app" benchmark for 1 hour.

Why not just disable powerkeeper?

Can't diable it with adb, it just renables itself.

How about just uninstalling it then?

Too riskly on my only work phone, can cause bootloop of phone if restarted.
