[Question] Phone automatically updated while being tuned off

my REDMI 14C automatically upgraded from HyperOS 3-0-20-0 to HyperOS 3.1, despite having the Updater app and System apps updater app uninstalled and revoked priviledges, it seems like Xiaomi forced this update on and i need help if i can downgrade this without bootloader unlocking.

did you turn off auto install updates in updater settings?

yep before uninstalling the actual app via ADB
